Settlement of Fatimah, 1831
Fatimah, daughter of ‘Ali Akbar Khan and wife of Ishaq Khan ‘Arab settles her mahr, except for half of the Baygum orchard in Mahan, for one hundred dinars and some wheat, with the condition that if she returns with good health from her pilgrimage to Mecca, she will have the right to void this settlement within one year

Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Jamilah Khanum, daughter of Husayn Quli Khan, appoints her daughter, Qamar Taj Khanum, as the executor of her will. She asks her daughter to donate some part of the property income, transfer her body to Najaf, pay her debt and the cost of burial and funeral, etc.

Regarding the claims by Sardar Mujallal and ‘Abd al-Hamid Sultan against Shams al-Muluk Khanum (daughter of ‘Amir A‘zam and wife of Hisam al-Dawlah) and her brother, Yad Allah ‘Amir A‘zam, over inheritence, the issues with serving subpoenas due to Shams al-Muluk's moving and traveling; documents include correspondence between Justice Departments in Tehran, Kirman, Kirmanshah, Simnan, Shahrud, Damghan, and Arak [‘Iraq-i ‘Ajam]; part of ‘Abd al-Hamid Sultan's claim is against Fakhr al-Muluk (Mahdiquli Mirza's wife).

Will of Mamanah Khanum Mushir Vaziri and her husband, Mirza Ghulam‘ali Nazim al-Iyalah Mushir Vaziri, regarding the transfer of belongings of whichever one of them dies first to the other, along with the responsibility to execute the deceased's will, and management of expenses including payment of installments, compensation for Hajj pilgrimage, and costs of funeral and burial, with the condition that should the surviving partner decide to remarry, they have to transfer their share of inheritance to the couple's children, three days before the marriage
